ST: There was a young man named Sterling who dreamed of becoming a Jedi Knight. He spent countless hours studying the ways of the force, honing his lightsaber skills, and developing his mind and body to become a Jedi. Years passed, and Sterling's hard work paid off when he finally became a Jedi Knight. However, he realized that his skills in the force could be used in other ways beyond battling the Dark Side. He turned his attention to project management and decided to pursue a career in this field. Sterling quickly rose through the ranks of project management, thanks to his unique combination of Jedi training and project management skills. As the Jedi Master Project Manager, Sterling relies on his Jedi mind tricks to predict project risks and his lightsaber to cut through any project issues that come his way. He believes in working smarter, not harder, and his empowered teams follow his lead. Despite his busy schedule, Sterling always found time to mentor his team members, passing on his Jedi knowledge and PM/PgM skills to the next generation of project managers. His team not only completes projects on time and under budget, they also became better project managers themselves.
